Return/Refund Policy

Once order is placed strictly no cancellation or exchanged for another product at any cause. 

We will not accept the product return due to the changes in color. The variation of the color is possible due to photography lighting or individual device settings. For thread outs or small loom ink dots will not be consider as damages. 

Parcel opening video is must, in case of any complaints. No complaint will be considered without parcel opening video (Please follow this for safety in case of any damage we can return / exchange. Video should capture from parcel opening to till last showing the defect) 

We will recheck the product before dispatching. In rare case if any damage in the product, please send the name, address and the unboxing video to our WhatsApp number +919962291212. We will contact you within 24 hours. 

The product being returned/exchanged must be in its original unused condition with same folding. 

The cost for shipping the product back is refunded by us with our charges (Based on the location). We couldn't bear extra charges.
